Please be assured that all personal payment information will NEVER be shared, transposed or stored in any way for future use of any kind.
In unlikely event of a complaint .- it should be dealt with at the time of occurrence, where ever possible. However, should any visitor feel the need to email or telephone any grievance felt after their stay - please be assured that it will be taken most seriously and dealt with to mutual satisfaction.
Deposit payments are gratefully received as a security for booking on nights during the High Season (May - September)

We have a strictly NO SMOKING policy in the house, however for those that must we have provided your own bench
and sand box under the spruce tree - anyone found smoking in the house shall be asked to leave.
We retain the right to charge a “late cancellation fee” (basic loss of earnings) in the event of the late cancellation of room bookings -
this also applies to guests that do not show up without good reason or notification.
It should be understood that any payment or deposit paid to us may be used to offset any losses made by cancellation.
In the event of cancellation, we shall make every effort to find replacement booking s for the room(s) and if successful no losses shall be incurred and the deposit shall be returned if held.
As our on-line card paying facility charges us 2.5% for each transaction - we are sorry to say that we have to pass on this fee to guests wishing to pay via their credit / debit cards or Pay Pal facility.
